Suggestions for improvement
- I would have everyone work with the same sense of urgency and require management meetings
The company is more confusing than most government offices. Employees are giving poor notice of changes, and not explained how things work.
Managment can be helpful, however certain problems can't be discussed with management. Leaders for certain teams don't want problems discussed with higher-ups so that they can keep a spotless record. They want you to keep quiet, or else.
