Suggestions for improvement
- I would make the account managers and supervisors get together on a monthly basis in attending a management and customer service class to keep them more focus on the goals of the company perspective in working with the diversity of culture population.
What I like about the company
The company has very good location job sites . But needs more experience in management., Customer service.
What I dislike about the company
How they lack management skills and customer service. And the support of employees. We are treated as a number, not people. This is the office. There only nice when they want you to cover a shift. They agree more with the client and the supervisors not the employees, just to make sure they keep the contract.
