Unfortunately, the entire company culture changed horribly for the worse, causing me to leave. The owner bought in consultants from the furniture industry and they have changed the company's attitude towards employees for the worse.
Employees are now just pawns, working for consultants that don't care if the employees stay or go. Teamwork is gone. It's Everyman for himself on straight commission.
