Suggestions for improvement
- It would my suggestion is get rid of the new people that they have brought on board from other companies that have no working knowledge of the industry - secondly some of upper management should be let go by virtue of bad actions and berating of employees.
I like about the employer
Vacation benefits are 3 weeks for the corporate offices - other than that there is not much good I can say.
I dislike about the employer
The company has undergone a number of changes since it's purchase by TPG - there has been a lot of money spent through the company updating systems and procedures. However some of upper management are so entrenched in the "old" way being the best - the "old" way was to belittling employees in front of co-workers - no clear direction - too many chiefs - protocols in place are not followed including by upper management - it appears that there are no checks and balances regarding upper management - upper management are ignorant of how to manage so consequently offices are being managed by gossip and threats including to bring employees into a room telling them that they should be grateful to even have a job and if they don't stop complaining that bad things could happen. HR sides only with upper management - so don't call them if you need help! There are no other routes to take including using the Alert Line which is a joke! The company has gotten rid of seasoned long term employees so no one really has knowledge of the core of the company!
