When we got our company goals, we get rewarded. We take most of a work day off to go have fun. We’ve done Top Golf, Scavenger hunts, foot golf, etc. If we hit our weekly goal, we get to leave early on Friday.
Support from management
In operations, we have continually have terrible leaders. They also continue to promote the wrong people into management. They keep these bad leaders in these positions for way too long.
No one is one the same page. When something changes, which happens a lot, not everyone understands or is made aware of it.
Office / Work Environment
It’s very negative here.
It’s all about numbers and working all the time. It’s a very stressful environment and it’s hard not to take work home with you.
Suggestions for improvement
- Stop hiring and promoting terrible leaders. Listen to the employees more. Do more training, especially in Operations. Hold people accountable. We constantly catch mistakes that are made by the Account Managers, Recruiters, the Recruiters Leads, and HR.
What I like about the company
I really like my team. I like that we get rewarded for our goals. I love the PTO, paid holidays, and the fact that we can go to the doctors during business hours and still get paid.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of communication. I dislike the fact that no one is held accountable.
