Lots of conflict and unnecessary drama
Suggestions for improvement
- New management. Upper management control of frivolous expenditure without oversight. Expense curtailment and closure of non productive operations that are drowning the company. Cut unnecessary "upper management" employees, reducing LARGE and unnecessary payroll.
- Treatment of employees with respect and dignity. Prosecution and termination of sexual predators,
What I like about the company
It was an incredibly challenging yet fun family business when the founder and owner was alive.
What I dislike about the company
When the founder was alive and running the company, it was a much friendlier operation. Since his death, management has managed to basically bankrupt the company. Decisions are made by one individual whose interest is self promoting at the expense of the company.
