Suggestions for improvement
- Wish the pay would increase to a dollar more not a few cents.
For hourly people the culture is very different than management. There is certainly a feeling of separation and even better than you.
Management is mostly about making numbers, so support only comes when things are going well.
Teams work well together in form of production lines.
Micromanagement does not help employees take ownership or pride in what they do.
