Goals were set each year, but NEVER allow employee to work and follow goal. Constant change
Higher up management team members are NOT even close to be teamwork. Ego and everyone must listen to me because I am the boss or because I know someone that higher than you policy.
Absolutely no communication. Changes were carried out that affecting many key business decision were not communicate with middle management level.
