Suggestions for improvement
- More consistent statistics and analytical between the sales teams and ops teams. Having management more present in each office on a regular basis, or at least have weekly meetings with team leaders and other staff yo ensure open communication and resolving of issues more real time.
What I like about the company
The company encourages friendships within teams and has a big party/drinking culture. You have some control over your clients, but rely heavily on BDMs for new business. If you want to transfer to other cities or countries, there is opportunity to do so based on the company size.
What I dislike about the company
There is often a disconnect between upper management and the team's, especially because they are located in different cities and aren't often in the office with everyone. The BDM team is who we rely on to bring in New business, but there have been too few new clients to support and being primarily commission based, makes it nearly impossible to support loving in NY.
