- Better management.
I like about the employer
The other servers I worked with and the cooks.
I dislike about the employer
How things were handled and ran. Never accnokledged for good work, but ALWAYS yelled at for bad work, even if it was little mistakes. Belittled you. Constantly getting yelled at even if you think you're doing everything right. No days off but Sundays, only off on that day because they're closed. Customers love it but don't know what goes on behind closed doors.
