Management is not fair about disciplinary actions
Support from Management
A lot of favoritism, let people in charge do as they please.
They work you long duty days and you are rarely home. They can take your days off so they suggest you don't make Drs appointments because of that.
Suggestions for improvement
- Shorter days, more pay, less favoritism, focus more on safety rather than appearance.
I like about the employer
Visiting new places.
