Supervisors were unavailable and did not include employee feedback when evaluating.
No collaboration and opportunities for improvement in respective area.
Very poor communication between all so expectations are vague.
More opportunities needed to develop in areas related to profession. Employees had to pay out of pocket.
Some areas are shared by many so little confidentiality.
