No. No one trusts anyone there, and it is common knowledge. The owners acknowledge this fact and do not care. There is constant lying and fighting. There is nothing fair about it. There is a lot of crying from many.
Support from Management
There are no leaders. It's constant chaos.
There is no teamwork. You will get thrown under the bus at some point. You can't trust anyone.
Level of Autonomy
The workload is ridiculous. They don't want to pay for the appropriate amount of employees, so the ones they do have are over worked and underpaid.
