Suggestions for improvement
- FRIENDLIER WORK ENVIRONMENT, SUPPORT FROM ADMINISTRATORS, AND TEACHER APPRECIATION GIFTS
Principle is hard to work for. Is extremely closed minded and has her"favorites"". She either likes you or dislikes you. Very insensitive to certain employees."
I don't feel that if I have a day approved with my direct manager, put it in the computer, and send an email to my principle of my approved time off, that I should receive a "notice of concern"" placed in my employee file stating that I had an absence and also a ""notice of concern"" for not punching in and out on that day placed in my employee file as well. Why do we have paid sick leave if we are punished for using it?"
Coworkers are like family! Teamwork is encouraged!
I wish that teachers were paid better in the state of SC. With the amount of education, continued education and performance evaluation teachers receive yearly, the salary is a very poor reflection of value.
