Suggestions for improvement
- It would help if DOH could fill open positions quicker and not let them sit empty for extended periods of time.
The Leaders are not experience in their areas. There is no professionalism at all. Bad hiring decisions.
Not enough Senior workers are being hired.
Supervisors try to build up staff but run into hurdles from upper management.
Leadership unfortunately pretended to care about staff but did everything to keep moral low.
If you work in MQA, the workload is not equally distributed among the staff. Some units are over worked while others have too little.
Meetings became an issue because other units refused to provide coverslip for the unit.
