Overall compensation for your work
Employees and the community are distrustful of them. Upper msnagement are vindictive and only out for their own career advancement. The management style is coercive. They pride themselves on the fact that if you're hired selective service, they can fired you for no reason and you cannot appeal.
They are constantly restructuring to suit their whim, to promote someone they like or are related to or to demote someone they don't like. Coworkers file grievances against each other intent on getting someone fired. You get called to HR only to be accused, berated, and made to feel small by the head if HR (a lawyer), your supervisor and anyone else who feels like being nasty that day.

- Remove top management in every department. Clear out the top floor where the general and her minions are.
What I dislike about the company
Management, nepotism, the health officer thinks she is the general or dictator and expect complete obedience from her staff. Too many people trying to distract management from what they are doing by sabotaging others.
