Suggestions for improvement
- In any business customer service is number 1 priority and second is listening and acknowledging employees concerns when policys have been broken if more businesses would care more about keeping their employees happy the level of stress would be reduced by more than 50% but when you under pay and over work your employees and equal respect is not given you are going to have a hostile environment. Listen, Listen, Listen

I loved working with the community and educating contractors on bidding on contracts.
