Suggestions for improvement
- The police department needs the support of the school administration for funding to provide an up to date trained police force. There is no benefit for staying at the school due to the low pay and benefits. Most experienced police officers leave for better pay and benefits. The school isn't willing to match the starting rate of police officers in the tri-county area.
What I like about the company
The school cares about the students.
What I dislike about the company
Low pay and terrible benefits. The administration has no idea what Law Enforcement does and does not do.
