Suggestions for improvement
- Treat staff inside the HQ office in Cincinnati better than you would cattle. Care enough to find out what needs to be be fixed and don't be so cowardly that you are afraid to be given an answer to a question. Upper management needs to mature a bit, grow up, understand the culture in the United States isn't like it is in the Yukon, of Canada, France or the UK.
I like about the employer
The team in Cincinnati is great, hard working Buckeyes with a lot of work to do.
