Suggestions for improvement
- Our company needs to perform a better job of keeping talented employees and providing them with encouragement and the support that they require in order to perform their duties.
What I like about the company
I have met some very diverse and highly talented people while working for this company.
What I dislike about the company
The leadership changes frequently and so do the company goals. Employees are shifted in and out of the company regularly and the safety of employees is not always the highest priority. Some of the management team members are allowed to behave horribly towrd other team members which makes it very difficult for other employees to perform their jobs without being fearful of providing honest feedback, professionally providing their opinions if they are different from the manager's or stepping forward to defen other co-workers.
