Does not walk the talk; policies posters everywhere but less than 1% of the leadership lives by them.
Support from management
Get verbal support and don't expect to get it without being talked down to.
It's everyone one for himself.
Freedom to work independently
Do as you are told else the gates are always open... typical saying of senior management team.
News about changes or events are typically heard from outsiders than from within.
If the boss like the way you work as ordered; it really does not matter.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Forget about value experience; if you are cheap labor that gets work done regardless of time spent at work, you are preferred.
Talent management team only focused on staff below 30s with MBA.
Overall compensation for your work
Depends on one's level and the functional group; typically undervalued.
Office / Work Environment
Open seatings; if you like working with constant sound and visual distractions from your surroundings.
Plenty of recycle bins around the company compound; but normally empty except for common bins which are full.
You'll need to stay till the job gets done.

Recent merger has cause many including senior staffs and couple of years ago graduates are asked to leave. Jobs are going to Malaysia.
Just began installation in Dec 2017; so to avoid complaints as was told by a management staff involved in that upgrade.
Combustible materials left below common stairsways frequent used by many.
Project and Tender Management teams are not in customers good books. Customers' inspectors are on their case for inconsistent quality records.

More foreigners than local Singaporean.
