Support from management
Not great with conflict and many times the discussions handed down are based more on who they are handed down to than the situation or conflict at hand. IE 2 people in trouble for the same misconduct will more pften get two compleat lay different punishments or the severity or the two punishments will vary greatly.
Freedom to work independently
No really but they do have pepole in charge of tasks and delegation and they do provide the proper training and tools.

Suggestions for improvement
- Don't strap the alloyed pay available for scheduling so much. If u offered enough for a little cleaning and upkeep all of the time instead of once or twice a year the place would function better. Moral would be better and customers would be happier. Also lines are way too long all of the time. You literally loose business because everyone knows you spend 10-15 min in line every time you go to food MAXX.
What I like about the company
They recognize sinyoraty with scheduling and raises.
What I dislike about the company
Not a very motivating happy place to work. Need to offer more incentives to employees to better themselves be more observant in home/ work life.
