One was never complimented on engaging lessons or innovative ideas. Only the mistakes and lack of engagement were noted.
Support from management
Unfortunately, the administrators of this high school fail to give teachers the support they need to succeed. They are verbally and emotionally abusive to the students and teachers. Goals are unreasonable and conflicts are not resolved, but rather exacerbated. Respect is not given by the principal, yet demanded by her. Leadership is non existing.
