Too much supervisor turnover, within a 6 month time period had 4 different supervisors. Company has a poor reputation for keeping good managers.
Support from Management
No organization, no policies and procedures. They seem to make up the rules as they go.
Overall Compensation for your work
Salaries do not match the headaches and responsibilities due to the companies lack of organization. Bonuses are promised, but excuses are always found to not be paid. Company has a many years long reputation for not paying bonuses.
