This is the 2nd worst next to communication. They play favorites and the integrity of management brings mistrust.
Support from management
The company management team is always looking for fault and never praise there workers, never shows support.
It is us versus them culture
Freedom to work independently
They always want more from the employees, whether it be longer hours or more production. No input at all, we have teams but it is all lip service
There is communication, but it is one way.
Everyone within the shop are treated well within the shop.
Attitude towards older colleagues
The employees in production are all treated as equals.
They look outside the company for most if not all career opportunities even when candidates inside the company are qualified.
Overall compensation for your work
Good but not great compensation but the long hours will take your health.
Fair trade you need to ask the farmers of this cooperative.
You work swings, a southern swing at that, so you get 1 weekend off a month. You have no time for your family life and the employer thinks that they are your family.
It is just a job where we collect a pay check.......
No it is a union shop where seniority takes effect.
Never seen a disabled worker in workplace.
They train to protect themselves from lawsuits. It isn't about OSHA it is more about lip service.
Routine, there is no pride like there used to be , we have cheapened our product, this is because quantity verse quality.

Suggestions for improvement
- Hire managers and supervisors who have people skills. It has become a lost art.
