Level of Autonomy
Don't pile work onto another employee because another is continually behind.
12 hrs. of work crammed into 8 hrs. does not work when balancing work and family.
Suggestions for improvement
- management needs to stop favoritism
I like about the employer
I liked being a remote, telecommuting employee and being empowered to work completely independently.
I dislike about the employer
Sometimes management will overturn an employees decisions solely to appease the customer, while the employees decision was correct. Employees need to have management back up with they're right.
