- Communicate with your employees. Train your teams. Offer more incentive to want to work there.
I like about the employer
I like the clothes and that's about it
I dislike about the employer
The communication within the company is terrible. There is virtually no input from corporate. They will update the systems and the updates with constantly make everything crash, and they do nothing about it. Compensation is weak. Management teams get no training.
