Suggestions for improvement
- Associates should be able to work full time a receive benefits. Benefits should be fair. Wages should also be raised. As a full-time manager, after taxes and benefits, I only get $900 biweekly, I stand 8+ hours a day and only get a 30 minute break wages should reflect the work being done.
What I like about the company
Forever 21 allowed me to obtain health insurance despite the fact that I unknowingly started the position while I was pregnant. It was not denied because I was technically pregnant before starting work.
What I dislike about the company
It’s seems impossible to accumulate paid time off. The company works me as a full time employee, but I don’t get 40 hours weekly as discussed in my interview. I was also told I would be a salaried employee during my interview and then hired as an hourly paid employee instead. My particular location has poor air ventilation and many leaks and other construction issues.
