Suggestions for improvement
- The company needs to focus on who they have in upper management and be more involved with the checks and balances of these individuals. The culture in every store starts with these people and from what I've seen, these individuals are lacking in experience, professionalism and overall knowledge of business and people management. I worked in 4 different stores and 3 oversees and saw the same mistakes and poor management. Secondly, they need to invest more in their employees and work structure. That company has an extremely high turnover rate and it's not due to their employees disliking the company or the product. It's due to the company not investing in their workers. Neither do they provide a pleasant working environment for the employees. However the majority of that is due to the district and store managers not knowing how to lead and motivate their teams. It all starts at the top and that is where the majority of this companies stores are lacking.
I like about the employer
Looking back, I didn't really enjoy much. I did meet a few life long friends and for that I'm thankful. That's about it. I didn't get much else out of the company other than a paycheck.
