Support from Management
The immediate print shop staff is sharp and realistic. The people that own and "operate" the shop? Not so much.
Suggestions for improvement
- The current owners should put the shop in the hands of someone with actual screen printing experience and stop trying to reinvent the wheel
I like about the employer
When things run smooth, the run like clockwork. When a good idea is actually implemented and executed, it's almost magical.
