Support from management
At the time I was there, there was a lot going on and not a lot of support from the leadership, as they were determining how things were going to work.
Freedom to work independently
When I was initially hired, I was suppose to be supervising. However, within a couple of months I was told to handle supervising and a CSR's duties.
Suggestions for improvement
- Make sure there are define processes and procedures in place to help minimize mistakes, errors and inefficiencies.
