Suggestions for improvement
- I think they should embrace new strategies and routines. If it works for the store and the store is doing very well when it comes to ratings, sales, COGS, and cleanliness, then they should be asking what things are the store doing to get the numbers and store in line? What can we learn from this store to improve all the other stores we own? Not, down the things the store are doing that make it great. Obviously if it wasn't working then the manager would change their strategies.
What I like about the company
They are good at making meetings fun. The management at the local level are very motivational and hardworking.
What I dislike about the company
When the big bosses come into town then they have a lot of negative to say. There are less compliments and more complaints. They do not like change. They have stores that work very hard and have good numbers, but sometimes the stores' management use tools that are not "fourteen foods approved". Instead of embracing new ideas they are very critical about them.
