Terrible support, if problems occurred, there was only blame, no problem solving. Leadership never wanted to spend money, even if the ROI was good.
Fox takes advantage of the fact that they sell recreation products. They expect people who are enthusiastic about bikes to sacrifice pay and benefits because they work for a bike company. You'd think they could pay people better when their profit margins are so high.
The image of the company is good, but it doesn't follow through to the employees.
Lots of people being fired and hired all the time. The management doesn't know how to train or develop employees, so they end up with a lot of employees who are ineffective. Their 401k along with many other benefits kick in after 3 years, at a very low matching rate, so they don't aim to keep people long.
Many people were hurt while I was there.
Their faculty is relatively close to Santa Cruz, which is a beach town
Terrible investment in their employees
