Not Sure if there is one anymore
Support from management
Little to none for the most part. See it in all depts. everybody looking out for themselves.
Most of the time your fellow coworkers will pitch in and lend a hand. Anybody in a position above you will usually let you drown!
Freedom to work independently
You aint got a lot of choice anymore.
Next to impossible to get any information from anybody higher up the chain than yourself!
Attitude towards older colleagues
Everybody treated pretty much equal here, Poorly.
None! No opportunities for advancement!
Overall compensation for your work
Very poorly compensated for the amount, Type, and responsibilities
Office / Work Environment
You make of it what it is.
They try to keep it clean but the fact of the matter is they run a skeleton crew for a complex this large and its hard to keep a smile and be friendly when somebody comes along and trashes an area you just spent half your shift cleaning
Shift hours are not condusive to much of a home life
Not sure what kind of image they are trying to portray! Still pushing the "Biggest" not the "Best"
as long as you do your job your as safe as you can be
Depends on the day. Some days they are right on top of things then there are other days where you run.
Not really. Once you learn the idiocincrisies of your job its pretty repetitive
Inclusive / Diverse
Cant get anymore diverse than here.
