- They need better leadership. Someone who knows the difference between friends and co-workers.
I like about the employer
Open communication, small town atmsphere, involvement with the community
I dislike about the employer
There is always at least one bad apple in the bunch. Sometimes it felt like the employees thought they could get by with doing no more than absolutely necessary. They were not going to get fired because in a small town there was no one to replace them. Some well needed reorganisation showed them everyone is replaceable. Then we started to see the preemptive actions show in the employees.
