Suggestions for improvement
- An attendance quarterly reward program
Need to target on employees individual skills and utilities them in that area.
A privilege and honor to care for people. The benefits are the joy you bring to on individual for a moment even if they don't respond or remember.
Employees taking there work as place to extend a family and not a paycheck. Give love as much as you can. If overwhelming support others and let them step away.
