Most of the techs are helpful and supportive. Hard to get a hold of someone most of the time.
Communication is not very good and is main reason for stress. Company would be much better if this was improved.
Suggestions for improvement
- Communication and better organization would improve a lot.
What I like about the company
The job is a good place to get experience with being a technician or customer service.
What I dislike about the company
Expectations of the job with little to no reward. Communication is not great and gets frustrating along with large orders always being rushed.
