Company culture is on paper only.
Support from management
Management practices favoritism. You are supported only if you are a part of a very small group.
Some teams are great thanks to very competent team leads, some are just intolerable to work in.
Freedom to work independently
Communication is very poor because that's how the CEO prefers it to be.
there is no equality at any level.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older employees get laid off all the time.

work environment is good, the conditions are better in many companies I have seen
There is no job security at CMB. The leadership practices reduction in workforce as a solution to budget issues. We layoff people twice a year and our leadership thinks this is ok to do to patch the holes in the budget that they create due to their lack of strategy.
