Employees and supervisors are openly reprimanded in front of customers by managers. Supervisors have no concern in regards to making their employees cry.
Employees thoughts and opinions are not taken into consideration. Obey or be penalized.
Employees do work well together when given the opportunity. The opportunity is rarely given.
Employees are given a task and told to finish it, how it is done is left to them without guidance. That is often for the best.
