Suggestions for improvement
- I would try to balance employee appreciation with productivity and see if there was a way to increase both.
I like about the employer
I liked that there was always options as to what I could do. With all the different departments, there was a wide variety of options that could be utilized for further training and satisfaction.
I dislike about the employer
I felt like there wasn't much room for advancement as far as salary was concerned. They are tied to what the union says that wages are, so they rarely give out merit based incentives. this is really discouraging to an employee.
