The company is full of great people who care about their jobs. The culture is declining a bit because it's not as focused on helping people grow successfully in their jobs but I enjoyed working there. One of the reasons I was able to enjoy my job is that I was very proactive about developing my skills and knowledge.
Support from management
The middle managers are nice people.
Internal communication is still hierarchical. Leaders don't hear what's going on with delivery teams because information gets filtered by a series of managers. There's a weird fear of letting leaders talk to direct contributors. It was hard to work around this but you can make it work. The funny flip side of that is that since senior leaders don't really know the people doing the work, there's a level of anonymity which ca makes the job less stressful than other companies.
