- Suggestions would be that their managment staff gain some eductaion in business and human resources and in delaing with employee matters and be honest and forthright.
I dislike about the employer
The management was not experienced in business or handling professional people or skilled in human resources matters. There was no job stability and the management staff is driven by their emotions and the mileu could change at a moments notice.
