The time I was employed with this company, career development is not easily over the horizon, unless you have been with the organization for at least a year (as a permanent employee).
I would not consider working with this organization. It seems that unless and employee has either been with the organization for many years or nepotism come into play, there is no job security. The organization tends to create departments and at a moment notice, dismantle the department and the employees involved. As a temp employee, it is an opportunity to learn but not as a permanent. I have heard several employees who have been laid off many times by this organization and rehire them over and over.
Great benefits: Health, vision, dental, 401K
Nepotism, unethical practices such as creating positions/departments and at the last second eliminate the department as well as the employees within the department. The decision to eliminate affects their livelihood. Those employees are permanent and require time to find other employment or at the least provide decent severance package that will help them financially time to get another employment.
Do not care about the employee

Pay unsatisfactory compared to others
Do not talk respectful to employees
