They say they value patient care satisfaction. It didn't feel as so. It was more like how did their insurance work and how it paid out for dialysis services. Management would rarely communicate any new changes with patients. Instead would have PCT's enforce new rules and refuse to talk to them when patients would confront them or ask questions.
Support from Management
Unreachable goals to dialysize patients and turn the chair around for the next patient. We were understaffed most days and management wouldn't push to get back up. Manager was unapproachable and lack patient care skills, like basic cpr comprehension.
