- Pay your people better. Don't breed a fearful work environment where everyone thinks they could get fired at any moment. Reward loyal, accountable employees for doing a great job.

I dislike about the employer
No job security. Our supervisor was in constant fear of losing his/her job and instilled the same culture of fear in our dept. also no toom for growth. If you were good at your job, they kept you right there-no moving up, barely any raise. No bonuses. Incentive programs promised, never happened. Generally a stressful, pressure-filled environment. Urgency 24/7.
