The culture is not very positive. It holds a "lucky to have a job" mentality instead of feeling secure.
Support from management
There is a lack of strong, supportive management. Again you are made to feel as if you are a dime a dozen.
The office personnnel work well together. But technicians, parts and paint techs point fingers at one another instead of trying to work together for the greater good. And this is not managed properly.
