The company does contribute to fairness and trust, however, the employees and supervisors in the stores do not properly represent the company and its standards. Don't be an over achiever. People who want to go by the rules are frown upon. Try to fit in as much as possible and be liked.
Support from Management
There's a lack of innovation and creativity from majority of leaders as if they do not know how to think out of the box. They are reluctant to change and suggestions to better sales, speed of service.
