- Get rid of GES. Start listening to your employees.
I like about the employer
Nothing. It was a miserable experience all around.
I dislike about the employer
Where do I begin? The culture is horrible. The CSM's don't care if you live or die. They are all about meeting their sales quota and will do anything and everything they can do that including stabbing people in the back. They are using a delivery system, GES, that simply isn't working and that the stores and cusomers don't like. They constantly force out new products that stores don't won't and of course leaving the employee to clean up their mess.
Employees are nothing but a number. During my time with the company the union had to file 3 class grievances. In short, the managers/csms are getting rich of our blood and sweat and they know it and use it to thier advantage.
