Suggestions for improvement
- The Frito Lay in Atlanta must understand, that route sales rep, is the foundation of this type of business. New and existing leadership must learn to have respect for the RSR. They wake up before day break and work until the job is done. Even in the snow or rain. Leadership show no respect for the RSR position.
I like about the employer
The Sales training is very good. If you want to be serious about the DSD (Direct to Store) business. Frito Lay is a good stepping stone.
