Supervisors focus on the negative and compete against each other. In this environment the supervisors are willing to push you into injury, which will lead you into being replaced.
Support from Management
The managers have no morals or empathy for your day to day workload compared to others in the company and all other jobs in general. At times they are relentless, demanding that you do day to day tasks that they themselves cant keep up with for long periods of time. When asking for help and support, it usually isn't received because the managers themselves cannot handle the workload. They will eventually push to get you fired if you dont push yourself into injury first.
