Suggestions for improvement
- Better work life balance. A more controlled scheduling environment for workers. Working 12 hours a day 12 days straight and then 2 days off is just not right.
I like about the employer
The PAY and the freedom to be able to OWN your work and say with minimal micromanagement.
I dislike about the employer
Frito lay is literally a work you till u fall over employer. The company has something called forced overtime when most employers it is optional. Frito lay forces u to work and the total hours are never less than 60hr a week with a average of 65+ per week even up to 84
